Take the Tour

Vowcher can be used in a wide variety industries, from project management to property management. Using a rental property owner as an example, we'll show you how Vowcher works. As you'll see, Vowcher is a simple interface for sending recurring and/or scheduled invoices. The real power is behind the scenes sending your invoices while you sleep.

The Basics

When you first add an invoice to Vowcher, you choose how many you want to send. For example, say you have a rental property that owes $800/month on a lease that ends 10 months from now. The payment is due each month on the 1st. In Vowcher, you would enter this invoice, choosing $800 as the amount, 10 for the number to send, and the appropriate due date. This invoice will be sent automatically by Vowcher every month for the next 10 months or until you cancel it.

Your Invoices

Your invoice list is a birds-eye view of past and upcoming invoices. Choose to view all or narrow the list by month. Quickly see which invoices have been sent and which deliveries are pending. Click the icons to view or edit the invoice.

Add an Invoice

You have 2 options when adding an invoice. First, you can simply enter the invoice into the 'Add Invoice' form. Choose your options individually, setting the due date, terms, and how many you want to send. Second, you can upload a list of invoices. Following a simple set of standards, enter your invoices into your favorite spreadsheet application (like Excel) and save it as a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file. Upload the list to Vowcher and your entries will be automatically converted to invoices.

View Your Invoice

Check out how your invoice will look when the payor receives it. Simply click the magnifying glass icon on your invoice list next to the invoice you want to see. Emailed invoices will look exactly as shown on the website. Postal mail invoices are sent in black and white and slightly modified to fit an 8.5x11 sheet of paper.

Your Weekly Update

Every Monday morning Vowcher will send you an email detailing recently sent and pending invoices. As Vowcher is billed based on credits (1 credit = 1 invoice), this email will also show your current credit count so you know when your renewal is coming up.
